Flight times

Hi we are booked with travel planners for August 2020 staying at animal kingdom lodge and flying virgin. We were told when we booked ( April 2019) that we would get a new invoice beginning of October with our flight confirmations so we could book our seats, I have phoned them 3 times to be told same thing each time, flights haven’t dropped yet phone back in a fortnight. I’m starting to get worried now as I ve never booked with travel planners before ,just wondered if you d had any luck sorting your flights.

Sorry just seen this... I had to contact virgin direct I have our flight times. I requested the earlier flight time but TP booked us on the later flight going out. I’ve not had any documentation as yet they are now saying January. I would contact virgin to get your booking reference so you can book your seats

Thank you I ve got to ring travel planners again on Saturday as that’s 6 weeks since the flights went live, and they said they would be able to give me the confirmation numbers then 🤞if not I’ll have to contact virgin direct, thanks again for the reply.

Decided to txt virgin. And I would highly recommend it to anyone, got a reply within 10 minutes, we are all booked on the flight and our seats are booked.
