We've never flown with them before...

I contacted them via the online form to ask that we might be seated in a bulk head position- my daughter fixates and fiddles with the seat back tray... last time for the full 9 hour flight. It left me feeling massively stressed and the passenger in front, very angry with us.

Ive noticed now, they've pre-booked us seats together, but just randomly on row 16... I'm panicking.

What should I do

Bulk head seats are normally extra leg room seats. Whilst I appreciate the issues with your daughter, i don't think they would give you these seats free of charge.

Are the bulkhead seats usually on an exit row? Sorry if that's a silly question! My daughter has asd and British airways said that we could book any seat aslong as it wasn't one of the exit ones, it might be the same for TC.

We have had bulkhead seats allocated before with my son,who has asd,can sympathise with the feeling stressed!,you can only ask again i suppose to be moved, maybe try online chat if they have it?.
hopefully you get sorted out.he did not like the screen being in the arm rest but fingers crossed they are suitable for you.

On a long haul aircraft children can sit in the middle seats which are extra leg room. It is just the extra leg room seats at the side that are classed as exit seats and can only be allocated to people 14 and over.

Oh dear. So, I need to contact them again really.

We've been allocated bulk head seats before with virgin, for this exact reason and it worked well.

Oh it terrifies me the thought of flying on my own with her and her sister, and her fiddling for 9 hours... I will NOT be popular.

Thanks everyone

My son also fiddles with the seat in front so we asked TC to book our 16 year old son in front of our boy and they did that for us. Not sure if this is an option for your other child as I’m not sure of their age.
