That’s good to know-I’d be happy to wait as well at that price 😀. I’m going to add one to my list of things to get! X

What a shame to have such a rushed and stressful journey after such a nice calm day. I always end up worrying that we've left something behind but thankfully it is usually with us.

I'm normally like that and it's just unnecessary panic ... but this time we actually did thanks for reading x

Oh dear, it was all going so well with your lovely relaxing child-free day. Lunch out with friends sounds like a great way to prevent stressing around the house!

It's so easy to forget something when there's just so much to remember for a holiday. Especially as it was so late in the evening. I hope the borrowed ear defenders work out well for Noah.

I should have known it was going too smoothly

I really enjoyed not having to rush around and sort things, but that may have been the reason I forgot things too.

It was great we managed to get some and they really helped him, thanks for reading again x

Glad it all turned out alright in the end.

At least the late arrival meant that everyone was sleepy and not too excited for bed.

Not sure if anyone else has said this but you can put any old card in those hotel room slots to make the power work, it’s done on a sensor so any card the same shape - Boots card, gym card, library card will work. Useful if you want to charge stuff while popping to breakfast no need to leave the kids in the dark next time.

Looking forward to reading more!

I'm late to reading this one, been very busy recently.

Seemed like such a good start to the day, amazing how the stress can build over simple things. Nothing worse than the realisation of forgetting something.

At least you got all settled and sorted at the premier Inn eventually.
