14 days with only one rest day - doable?
We are lucky enough to go for 3 weeks most Augusts and we have at least one rest day a week. Next year we're 'only' doing 2 weeks so some things have to go! I can't bear the thought of missing out parks so do you think it's practical to only have one rest day? We will do the odd later start or earlier finish, so it won't be full on rope drop-to-close every day. Also we're going at Easter this time, so the weather won't be as oppressive... please say it will be fine

We never have any rest days, even when the kids were young, a rest day would be a water park in the day with maybe a main park in the evening or maybe a trip to the beach.

Just back from 15 days with the only ‘rest ‘ day being a day at Disney Springs. 4 adults and 4 kids. Back to work tomorrow for a rest

My people have spoken
I honestly think that good footwear has helped me need fewer rest days. My legs used to ache so much after a week of walking around (to the point where I'd have to take painkillers) and I needed a day off to recover but this year I discovered Birkenstock sandals and I could walk for miles with nary a limp! |

We have a rest day probably every other day but then that’s how we like it’s. If we wanted to do a park every day I think we probably could.
All depends on your family and ages. If they are already used to doing only one rest day a week then I’d say it’s ok one in 2 weeks. My hubby and kids would probably kill me if I scheduled park every day. They like to laze around in villa and pool |

We don’t usually need rest days and I have not yet been to a Disney hotel pool. We had a rest day on the last day of our latest trip, but that was because we felt s bit parked out after fourteen days and didn’t fancy going to any.
