Basketball season starts in October and ends about May. The MLS season starts March and finishes October.

Orlando Magic - no, the season doesn't start until October.
Orlando City - lots of essential game day info on the Orlando City web site, plus a link for buying single game tickets (which takes you to the official seller Ticketmaster). They have both the original stadium tickets and verified fan resales - so far better than unofficial sources. Far too early for tickets - they won't be on sale until the season starts in March - the fixtures won't be announced until after Christmas. In my experience, no need to buy tickets until a few days before the game - plenty of choice. Can also buy from their ticket office on the day. Best seats - depends what view you want and price. One end is for the hard core supporters and is standing only - they have flags, drums, chanting, smoke. Anywhere else is good for families. The seats nearest the centreline on both sides are most expensive, as they include hospitality. The east side is a bit cheaper, but you'll be in the sun for afternoon games and the view of the Video screen is not so good. I choose about a quarter of the way down the side. |

We got our tickets for Orlando magic straight from their site which takes you on to ticketmaster.
I’ve always got tickets for sport there from ticket master. |

Excited about Disney

We watched a Florida Fire Frogs Baseball Game when we went in 2017.
They are a in a lower league & it wasn't overly busy but we had a great time. We got a Groupon deal that included tickets, baseball caps, food & drinks for about $20 each. The 4 teens in our group got called into the pitch (?) during a break in play & did a space hopper game! They all got given t-shirts for taking part & managed to all get a fly ball each throughout the game. It's great if you don't fancy the drive out to Tampa for a bigger game. This is a link to their MILB schedule milb/florida/schedule/2020-08/list I personally wouldn't bother booking anything yet. Keep an eye out for a Groupon deal nearer the time & if anything doesn't come up just buy tickets on the night. (Then you won't have to worry about the weather!) |
