3 go roam?

Hi, I am about to purchase one of these for my holiday next week and it says you have to use it in the UK first for something chargeable, how do you do this if texts and calls are free? What would be classed as chargeable please? Thank you

I’ve always buy a 3 SIM card when I travel n I would just put in £10 or £15 then buy a bundle which gives me data n calls before I go abroad. That’s it.

Hi GoofyK so do you just buy a normal top up and then add a go roam bundle on top? Thank you

You add credit to your account and then buy either a £10, £15 or £20 addon which will give you either 2, 5 or 12 Gb of data along with unlimited calls and txts to UK phone numbers whilst you are in a "Go Roam" country.
(No point in going for more expensive addons as roaming data is limited to 12 Gb)

We have three SIM cards and never had an issue using them in USA.

Order a free pay as you go SIM online & load on £10, activate it by making a call, text etc here in the UK and you’re good to go. Simple 😁.

Enjoy your holiday.

Thank you all for your help, the thing I am confused about is that you have to use it on something in the UK first that is chargeable, but texts and calls are free so what is chargeable? Thank you
