Taxi had a few flyers/leaflets in the back & we asked if she could recommend a company for tours etc, she gave us a whatsapp number for one operator, pinged them a message & it was all sorted to include a pickup at hotel.

used the same taxi lady a few times for various places around samui, again via whatsapp so didnt cost anything in calls etc
