Has Alamo stopped skip the counter

Hi
I have a full size SUV booked with Alamo. It has let me do speedy check in but won’t let me skip the counter. Have they stopped doing this now?

They haven’t. You can only do STC if you’ve either booked directly with Alamo or through a select few partners like Virgin.

Did you book with Alamo direct or through an intermediary?

Ia appears they have unless you have booked direct with them or i believe it is still available if you have booked with VH or VA.

You can use the machines instead of going to the counter.

No you can't with Andy. Basically Alamo, Alamo Brits and Virgin.

Definitely can’t do it with Andy.
I tried a few weeks ago.
Accelerated check in, yes, but it won’t let you continue to do STC.
You have to either use the kiosk (which was really easy) or go to the desk.
The email you get from Andy with your voucher explains this.
