Upon your arrival, the gift basket will be delivered to the front desk of the Disney Resorts Collection hotel you are staying at. The front desk will notify you that the gift basket has arrived. This is exactly what we got in March, same water bottles and all. The snacks were lays, Cheetos, candy popcorn, cheese popcorn and goofy candy.

We picked up our gift from reception today - 4 bags of crisps, 1 bag of trail mix, 2 medallions, 2 pez, 2 plastic water bottles, 1 large lollipop. No hats or crispy cakes but 2 autograph books and 2 pens instead. All in the fab cooler bag. I’m very happy with that.

I would complain! You may say it was free but it wasn’t really…we booked with ATD and got an extra $50 credit rather than the free gift so if I had decided to book direct for the gift instead I would be so disappointed.

I had checked in online but I had a magic band to pick up so went to the desk as soon as I arrived.
I also wanted to change my room. (Requested a certain area)
The cast member she had something for me and gave me my gift bag.

I certainly didn’t get all that in mine 😥 I did email via the contact us page on the MDE but they said to ask at reception at CBR, they told us that they are pre packed so nothing they can do 🤷
How would I complain if we decided to? We are no longer staying onsite.
