When have BA cancelled up to?

Got the email yesterday advising that our 19th Dec-2nd Jan LHR-MCO flights cancelled.
They were reward flights using a 2-4-1 voucher & rang to ask for a refund; called around 7.30pm last night (Saturday); got through 1st time & in holding queue around 15 minutes.
Advised that the Avios & companion voucher we’d used would be returned; offered 3 options for the cash we’d paid (ie, taxes): voucher, cash refund or more Avios; took the cash option.
Voucher & Avios refunded within minutes; cash expected within 5 days.

Scooby99 - keep an eye on your credit card for the cash portion coming in as I had to chase one of my bookings after 4 weeks. Once chased I got the money after a couple of days.
