No, it's usually only the larger resort type hotels only.

No, they don't all charge. Many offer free parking, or resort fees that usually include parking, Internet, etc. Some resort fees can be quite significant, and make a reasonable room rate not such a bargain; you might, or might not find all that's included useful, so you'd have to weigh it all up.

I always check hotel details carefully, as parking/resort fees can sometimes be hidden in all the bumff; whenever it's not been clear I've emailed hotels, and have always had a prompt reply.

Parking charges around WDW seem to be the norm now whereas they weren't a few years ago. It's something you now have to either factor into your costs or look to work around - especially when you add in theme park parking fees.

Out on the coast, parking charges are not so prevalent.

Never seemed to be a thing years back as I recall
