Anyone recieved refund from Disney annual pass

Sorry, I didnt get off the phone until quite late. They were very apologetic but couldn’t give me an answer as my AP doesn’t end until November 5th and it is too far away to make a decision, she said to watch this space and keep an eye out but couldn’t clarify where I was supposed to look. I even threw in how good everyone had been with our dvc points and how understanding they were, but it obviously made no difference. I’m going to call again tomorrow because I like to be a nice sounding winge. 🤣

Online chat have said check the know before you go page but there is nothing at all to do with international visitors.

That was about word for word what i said and what there reply was.

My extension runs out at the end of Nov and they said it was to far away- But online had told me to call weeks ago

I also said they had managed to do something for DVC holders so should be able to for Tickets too-

I messaged again on chat last night and they were pretty much fobbing me off and very robotic in their answers. They said keep checking periodically and then said

- Thank you for your patience, we just have information in general for all of our Guest at this time we do not have updates for international Guests.

I then said about the helpfulness of dvc and how they have acknowledged the struggle for those from the UK whereas there has been no advice or help for AP.

- I am really sorry that you both feel this way, the moment that we do have information it will be posted on our website and the Disney Park blogs. Thank you for your patience and keeping the Magic alive. Hopefully things get back to normal soon.

So yeah, I’m gonna message today as they said to keep checking. 🤷🏻
