Mobile Medical condition

My dd has a medical condition to do with her bladder and bowels. Currently she has to go to the toilet every hour. We have managed at wdw this year as we went at the end of august but next year we are in the busy July season. When we went in 2017, the queues for everything were over 90 mins. I was wondering if there was any support for the queuing system in this instance.
Not expecting miracles but just asking.

My DD has IBD, she too cannot predict when she may need the bathroom. She took a consultant letter confirming her diagnosis.
No problem getting a DAS pass on our first day. They did not want to see the letter. As soon as she started to explain her need they said that’s ok we don’t need details.
It worked really well for her. They will include family members who can ride if the DAS holder is also there. You go to the FP queue and ask for a return time, sometimes they let you straight through.
Worked well for DD and I will miss this when we go next week as she isn’t coming this time

That's great thank you. I will get a consultant letter. Does the DAS cover the whole family? 2a 1c?

DAS will cover up to 5 family members when going on rides with the person who it is intended for so yes will cover you all. You DO NOT need the consultant letter. In the US they cannot ask for any form of proof my law and therefore wont look at the letter even if you get it. Just explain that your dd can't wait in line for long periods due to a medical condition and that should be fine. She needs to be with you when you go to guest services and take all the Magic Bands you want linked to the DAS as well (or tickets I guess if you don't have magic bands).

That's brilliant. It is hard to know if we will need it then but best to be in the know before going. It was really tough in 2017 and we are going at a similar time next year. Thank you for all your help.

I have bladder and bowel issues. Went and got DAS no problem. Just explained why waiting is difficult. Lucky for us I only used it three times in the whole three weeks but it was also piece of mind for me knowing that it was there should we need it.
I can manage 30mins wait roughly so anything more than that was usually a fastpass.
Used DAS on mine train and slinky dog twice

The person with the DAS does need to ride. I wouldn’t be able to send my hubby and kids on there without me.
