I'm afraid to say uk balsalm hill customer service is diabolical. I speak from bitter experience I'm afraid. The US trees seem much better quality the one I had was hideous and so was the palava to send it back.

It's not hideous it's just because of all the initial drama I lost enthusiasm for decorating it. I agree about customer service, we wasted literally hours trying to get the problem sorted!

My niece bought a tree at the same time hers was a different style to mine. Mine was nothing like the pictures and can only be described as bald pipe cleaners 😬 She was pleased with hers and even more chuffed with hers as it ended up being free! They sent her two she tried to contact them for days to send the extra one back. Couldn't get hold of anyone so sold it weeks later. I had to take to their fb page in the end and all I got was "Thanks for reaching out to us!" I had to do a chargeback on my credit card in the end. They wanted me to pay a courier to send it back.
