Hello, I don't suppose anyone has any contacts to put forward a complaint.
I purchased the lego disney castle on black friday just after midnight and it looks like they've lost it and now its out of stock and can't replace it for the same amount.

I've contacted them by phone and asked to speak with a manager was told one would ring me back in 24 hours - nothing! rang again today and was assured someone would ring me back today again nothing so I would really like to escalate this now. I really wanted to send it somewhere other than guest services where I just can't get a response. Its frustrating as no one seems to be even trying to track where its actually gone and its supposed to be a christmas present. But the lack of response is starting to leave bad feeling

I have been having delivery problems with Disney store Uk for 3 weeks now.

I emailed a complaint to head office but due to high call volume they are unable to contact me. This is what I was told on the chat.

For me I bought the 9 doll pack. Hermes said too big to deliver sent back to Disney who then took another week to bother to resend it. They have told me that they are doing all this not to “inconvenience”.

Basically they are useless. I am not holding out hope I am going to get my items at all and I hate that they don’t give a 💩 about any of it.

Which is a drop in the ocean compared to all the transactions that went well.

Let's not blow it out of proportion in the larger scale, but it is highly frustrating when it goes wrong and they don't respond.

They probably didnt have enough stock to fill the orders. How much did you pay if you dont mind me asking - really annoysed with myself for not checking this on black friday (completely forgot )
