Villains after hours 10 pm start?

Anyone know why the Disney Villains After Hours event is listed as starting at 10 pm which is an hour after park closing when other after hours events seem to start at 9 pm.

All the After Hour events start one hour after park closing. I assume it is to give Disney time to get people through rides they are in the queue for at closing time and exit the regular day guests.

If this was an earlier start I’d be doing it. We haven’t got a chance of staying up till 1am!

They don’t - the After Hours event at MK on the 11th May starts at 9 pm - park closes at 9 pm. Villains on the 21st starts at 10 pm - park closes at 9 pm. Hence my question.

You can get in 2hours before the event starts, timtracker has just mentionend this on a recent vlog. We always get in 2 hours early.
Brilliant night. I have a picture looking down an empty main street i will see if i can find it.

Oh Ok, we arrive on 20th April and I had noticed that all the After Hours (Villains, regular MK and AK) have a one hour gap whilst we are there. No idea why it is different in May.

It’s just something that I spotted last night. Thought it was a bit strange and wondered if anyone would know why.

Maybe Disney haven't updated the park hours for May. They could be extending them to 10pm

I quite like Tim's cardigan but wouldn't pay what he did for it. I'll just have to wait for Primark to bring one out.
