Update: My costa addiction

Some of my dear dibb family will be aware of my costa addiction that required me to visit costa daily. Well the good news is that I have secretly been fighting my addiction and in the past two weeks I've only made 2 visits to a costa shop.

I still have 2 or 3 costa filtered coffees at home a day, and I will continue fighting my addiction in the hope that one day I will be completely costa coffee shop free.

I haven't done it to save money, although it will help because at one stage I was having a costa in the morning and a starbucks in the afternoon with a treat, so usually spending around £9 a day.

I am not after praise, but I just want to encourage others who have addictions, that if I can fight my costa shop addiction, you can fight yours (Sandra can fight her cake addiction and Essexsue her wine addiction).

The question is, will you become addicted to something else more dangerous? Eg streaking.

I'd stick to coffee.

Do you never listen? I have not had any alcohol since the plane on 29th January! I am doing dry February after a very wet January in Florida (and I don't mean the weather).
