Disney Springs - ADR

Morning all :wavy:

We've been to Orlando numerous times but as yet haven't been to Disney Springs. This year we are thinking we might resolve this! However, as yet we haven't decided on which day we may want to go. Is it necessary to book ADR's to have something to eat there? I don't really want to have to make a firm plan to go on a set day unless its really necessary. Any advice from folks who have been would be great.

Thanks, Steph

When we dine there I tend to use Open Table to make a reservation as it's far better than the Disney booking system and it doesn't carry a penalty for cancelling on the day.
Plus it gives loads more time slots than Disney does.

We were there last week and booked an ADR on the day, in fact about thirty minutes before reservation time.

Oh I haven't heard of Open Table, will go and research them now thanks. And its good to know that you can book as soon as 30 minutes before you want to eat if needed. I know its prob not as manic as it is in the parks for trying to get an ADR but would hate to not be able to go for lunch if we want to cos I haven't booked something.
