We ate at the Polite Pig last year on a rare day trip to Orlando & liked it but thought it very expensive for what you get; we were paying OOP & high prices for OOP at Disney appears to be the norm.
We prefer to eat this cuisine at Sonny’s, Willie Jewell’s or the BBQ shack near where we stay for half the price. |

I have a terrible feeling my DH could eat all of that (minus the sprouts...).

Fantastic place - we loved it when we went in July. Great use of a QS credit! We also had the Butcher's Board and loved it! So tasty!

Probably 30 minute drive so almost certainly not worth it

It’s probably more do-able from universal
Having said that, we got an Uber to the football from Disney in heavy traffic and it wasn’t too bad. $25? Winter Park is a nice place to spend an afternoon if you have spare time which would make it more worthwhile perhaps?

Enjoyed our meal there I suppose the tip was due to them bringing your meal and drinks to the table. Our favourite QS venue this holiday followed by Blaze.
