GCSE results day

DD collected hers at 9am. Happy with her 2 x 5s, 5 x 6s and a 7, and a Merit in Media. Her awarded grades and her teacher assessed grades were identical, so no confusion. Also good enough to do subjects she has chosen for 6th form.

DS got a 4 for English lit (he took thislast year so we already knew this grade) a 4 for religious studies, 5’s for everything else and a 6 for history. I’m so proud of him, he’s had to work so hard to achieve these grades and he really deserves them

Dd got hers today 5 x 7s and 4 x6s - very proud- well done to the other Dibblets xxx

My son got his today too!

We’re very proud of him, especially having cerebral palsy, attending mainstream school and had a few rebellious years! Next stop college!

My daughter got hers today. She got 4 A*, 6 A and a C in Welsh first language (she's not first language by any means but the school felt second language was "too easy" for her).

Over the moon and so proud. On to A levels now, which will be Law, Art, Product Design, Welsh Bacc and advanced Welsh Bacc

None of her CAG grades were marked down either, they all matched perfectly.

The 4’s were expected in computer science and french, and to be fair he does sound like Del Boy 🤣🤣 think he could’ve got 1 9 and another 6 but happy with what he got, At least he’s got the opportunity to prove himself in his A levels now.

DS got 6 A's and 5 B's - so proud of him onto A levels now in Physics, Maths , Geography and Politics and Welsh Bacc

DS was awarded 5 x 9, 2 x 8, 3 x 7 and 1 6. He took English Lit last year which was a 6. Now doing Maths, Further Maths, Physics and History at A Level. Very proud!

DS got 2 9s, an 8, 4 7s and a 6. Really relieved for him as he’s such a hard worker but doubts himself. We’re all very proud. All the very best to those who’ve received results today.
