Address for passport office ?

Brother is renewing his passport using paper form, but can't find where to send it. I have a Southport address , is that correct ?

I thought an envelope came with the form? There are lots of passport offices across the U.K.

My OH has just done his online and sent to the address Tinkerbell posted

Thanks. He wasn't given an envelope, but seems the Southport addresses correct

He would be better to send it to Durham. That's the office that does most renewals.
