We were due to go Aug this year but have decided to cancel booking to next year we have a villa booked in Abbey at Westhaven and will wait for flights to be released. It’s a shame but it’s the way it is and what’s a year. Stay safe everyone xx

We have moved our villa booking to next July and are just waiting for our flight dates to come available with VA so that we can rebook our reward seats

Excited about Disney

Same with us villa moved, hotel booking moved and waiting for VH flights to release and just feel so much better for taking control rather than worrying and starting to look forward to the holiday again.

We were originally going to the west coast this September but i changed the flights to January going to Orlando, but thinking about changing to May. They’re reward flights so easy to change or cancel.
I’m excited, hopefully next year is all okay. |

Has anyone booked flights yet? If so, who did you book with?

Disney have said this week dont be surprised if the waterparks remain closed for up to a year. These will be the hardest resort areas to maintain discipline.
I suppose it makes sense as hundreds of masks which will inevitably end up in the pools and filters. |

Please be careful and consider double checking with your insurance. Almost all holidays booked whilst COVID was around will not be covered, regardless of you having g an annual policy. This is because you have knowingly booked a trip in the middle of a pandemic when we don't know how long it will last.
We are in same position and have checked multiple policies and they will not cover you. We have booked too and are prepared to lose deposits if worst comes to the worst. We have also only booked things that we can amend dates for if necessary. |
