It’s incredible, lots don’t seem to like Smugglers Run but we loved it, ROTR is mind blowing.

I’ve never watched Star Wars (I know, I know) and when we went we loved it. We thought the whole area was done really well.

I really don’t like SW but loved it as the theming is so good and the family (sw fans) said it was spot on for detail

Radio 4 did a complete series called "ive never seen Star Wars" about various celebs who had never done things most of us had! Dave Gorman presented it I do believe!

Have you watched one of the films now?

It’s fantastic.
I really do like Star Wars, but we went with my bil who is a major fan/nerd and he was actually moved to tears, but it was also his first time to wdw, so all very moving for him.

I've never watched more than about 20 minutes of any Star Wars film... I tend to fall asleep if a film doesn't totally keep my eyes riveted.
However, I found it absolutely jaw-dropping awesome when we were there in January... You will 100% be blown away I'm sure

So being a Star Wars fan I have to say that the area being themed around the new movies was disappointing to me. I would much prefer it to be themed around the original trilogy. That said seeing the Millennium Falcon “for real” almost brought a tear to my eye. The area is also incredibly well themed so if you love Star Wars in general it fits very much with the whole SW theme. I would say it’s a thumbs up.
