We are in the Yacht Club in December and great to hear there are washers, but, I never put anything in a drier as they always seem to shrink! I was thinking of buying a cheap clothes airer and then leaving it there (as long as it really is cheap). Does anyone know if we called to reception, if they would have an airer available?

I don't know for sure, but I wouldn't have thought they would be keeping a stock of clothes airers for guests.

I agree it is very unlikely. Americans are not afraid to use tumble dryers. The only problems I ever had with things shrinking that should have been safe were kids cotton T Shirts from Next. I couldn't believe they said Do Not Tumble Dry when I checked.
