What restrictions are there locally in the canaries? Is it stillamafted to wearasks outdoors? And did you need to test before arrival?

Hi yes masks are mandatory in shops public areas etc. Hotel public areas you need masks also. However people here in Corralejo not wearing them in the street, but the rep said it’s the law to wear them. So we are erring on the side of caution and wearing them when we go near large groups.
Had to wear masks all through airport, on the plane and transfer.

We had to fill in passenger locator form, within 48 hours of travel and show proof of vaccination.

The 2 day test is now not need to fly home (spent £120 for all tests required) 🙄 now don’t need PCR after day 2 after arrival! Think we still need to do a passenger locator form for getting home.

Have just returned from Corralejo - we had a lovely time! Stayed at Las Marismas, but ate in the Barcelo restaurant one night and it was lovely! I’d highly recommend 13 Bistrot & Tapas restaurant just past Music Square if you like tapas. It is a little more expensive than some of the other tapas restaurants but the food is fabulous and the staff are so good. We ate there twice over our 7 night stay and did not have a bad meal out of four of us! Enjoy
