Completed 2 weeks using Noom app today. Lost 4.1kilo (9 lbs) so I am happy with that as due to my health etc I am not able to walk that much. I know loss will be slower from here as I tend to loose quicker the first week.

I meant courgettes, sorry not courgetti - typo. I love them. This is them in egg white & egg omelette I had few days ago

200 degrees, 3 minutes preheat, don't remember how long - I usually check them few times to see if they are looking like in the photo slightly brown/fried look. About 10/15 minutes I would say. Slice courgettes, spay with spray oil (tesco own brand, not the fake oils). Salt, paper, garlic, powder, oregano work well. Yesterday I used pizza herb mix.

These are good too, my husband loves them and he hates courgettes. I am sure you know but just in case Americans call them zucchini

I make them good bit smaller than the original recipe, as if I want I can have two but sometimes one is enough . Over double the recommended number

I didn't get up early enough this morning, need to fit walk at my lunch break and after work.

I didn’t get up until 08:30 today and I’ve already had to deal with a vomiting dog 🐶 (think she’s been a bit stressed as I’ve returned to work and work long days, even though she goes to daycare)
Will do some housework, laundry and then shower and take her out for a long walk in our local wood (luckily it’s frosty today so won’t be as muddy!)
Breakfast will be porridge and fruit
Lunch beans on toast
Dinner garlic and Parmesan chicken, new potatoes and veg.

My eating when at work is pretty sporadic but generally it’s a fibre 1 bar for breakfast, pot noodle for lunch then either jacket potato with cheese/beans or toast with beans, something like that! I’m trying really hard not to eat junk when I’m at work!
