Personal Lease ending soon

The personal lease on my car ends in January.

When should I start the search for my replacement car?

What’s the the best way to go about this?

I have a Kia Sportage GT Line just now. Any suggestions of other SUVs that you like?

Mrs Indiana's on her third CX-5... Cracking cars.

Like the look of the CX-30 too if you're looking a little smaller, especially with the Skyaktiv X M-hybrid (earmarked for CX-30 and 3, but not the CX-5 yet).

My lease car went back yesterday and my new lease car was delivered last week. I started looking in April and decided on the next car at the beginning of June.

I have been looking this week for a car/SUV for September.

I have sat in that many that i got myself really muddled about what i actually liked, but finally narrowed it down to Peugeot 2008 (I like the 3008 but don't need anything that big really). I loved the safety features of this car and the fact I can see over the bonnet, something i couldn't do on a lot of others as Im short in the body.
Also, impressed with the Honda CR-V so im waiting to see the best deals and will go for one of these.

Always best to sit in the car if you can and test drive... I LOVE the small steering wheel on the Peugeot and the seat was more moulded.

I am planning on looking round the dealerships, then perhaps looking for deals online. Is this what people do?

Also, what’s the best way to get info at the garages without having to spend hours with a salesman when I haven’t decided on the make or model I want yet?

I must be in the minority.
My first lease car was a Juke. I always wanted one so I just ordered it online and had it delivered. Loved it. This new car is a Dacia Duster and I also just ordered online and had it delivered. I love that too. I must just be lucky. I haven't got time to be travelling round garages trying out cars.
My DH and I both have lease cars so we just search for what we can afford for 3 years and order.

Going round garages fills me with dread! How did you know you would like the cars and where do you look online? I’ve always just gone to a garage. I’ve had 4 Sportages but I think I’d like to try something else this time. But I don’t know what!

cars2buy have some good leasing deals. I have an old model XC60 which I love, I lease through Lex Leasing who I was put in touch with via Volvo directly. My lease is up next year.

The monthly payments online seem to be a fair bit less than our local dealers are showing on their websites. Is this right? Are there hidden costs anywhere?

I’ve no idea as not had an online quote. Hopefully someone else will be able to advise you. I see that online you can often request a quote - if you do that I assume they will list all charges?
