Abby, the ribs and potato skins, look delicious- also remind me of American holidays.

Mrsdjh, your bark and gingerbread house are adorable! I’m the only one in my house that like peppermint bark too - more for us!

Wismagari, you cake looks delicious. Chocolate and peppermint are so good.

I love your gingerbread house. I've only ever made one once. When I say made, I mean constructed one from a packet. It was so fiddly, never again. Yours looks really professional.

Lovely cake wismgari it looks fab to me.

Homemade Brisket and Rib Beef Hamburgers and a Sloe Royale (sloe gin and Prosecco) for me. No one is particularly hungry in our house at the moment, I have a fridge full of food.

Hey everyone, all the food looks amazing!

I have had a relatively busy day in the kitchen but only managed 1 photo!
I’ve made my sausagemeat stuffing balls which look like a heart attack rolled up, leeks in cheese sauce and cinnamon rolls which don’t look great but taste amazing. They are made from the Costco mix so a kind of cheat but you do still need to mix the dough and let it rise

Sloe Gin is so good. There are loads of sloes near us, but I never get round to picking them and making gin. We haven't had it in a long time and I bet it's great as a Royale.

Alicia the cinnamon buns are going to be great in the morning. You're going to be thankful you've done all the prep tomorrow.

It's so funny you should say that as about a week ago we had the same but from Tesco. They sound like they will be fab, what's not to like? Pretzel and salted caramel should be perfection. But these were also an epic fail. They ended up being thrown out too. We also tried the chocolate orange pretzels, marginally better but we wouldn't buy them again. Such a shame. Next time I will stick with the basic pretzels.

Normal pretzels dipped in salted caramel sauce is the way to go. Thankfully I found some jars in Aldi again-I couldn’t find the 3 pack they did last Christmas which had Gingerbread Caramel and Chocolate Carmel too-yummy!

Clementine Gin with gold dust and clementine tonic to help Santa survive sneaking the presents under the tree!

Merry Christmas to you all and to you all a goodnight...

And your clementine gin sounds lovely. I'm doing my best to stay awake. I'm a lark not an owl...

Happy Christmas All

I hope you've all had a good morning. I'm waiting for the turkey to cook, so time for a quick update.

Croissant Croque Madame

Thank you to Colette for sharing lots of breakfast ideas. This was so easy as it's just a slice of ham and cheese stuffed into the croissant, then fry them but just to melt the cheese. Top with a fried egg.

Marks and Sparks Bucks Fizz

This was actually really good and I'd get it again.

Ring of Prawns and Pate on Toast

Just a light starter as we know there is lots coming
