We had big problems getting a refund from OAT last year and are still waiting. We ended up calling Disney to try and sort out but no joy. I notice from their terms and conditions that they can't amend or refund Disney ltickets once they're linked to MDX which worries me because if we need to chnage the holiday dates, we'll be stuck with these dated tickets

I’d imagine if it is for the reasons in there covid cover then I assume you’d be fine. Did you book with covid cover?

Are you spending over £500? It should show up under all your extras.

Once in the basket it's the first "smile Alert" in red (as long as the baskets over £500 total)

I already have a deposit with them to transfer however when I put the bf7 code in nothing happens are people seeing the promotion show up straight away?
