Just applied for ESTA and status update says Authorization expired!

Help please .
I completed and paid for myself and DH under a Group Application. Upon receiving a email about 20 mins later saying there has been a change of Status I logged back in and against both our names is : Authorisation Expired.
At the bottom it says Your travel authorization has expired. Please apply for a new travel authorization.
? Totally confused. What are they talking about ? I've only just applied.
Our passports are valid in to March 2026 so it can't mean them.

Anyone had this or can advice what to do please?

Was your previous ESTA still valid? If so, it's cancelled that one so the new one can be set up.

Looks like it says payment was Feb 2019 but it's blurry.

Not sure but that picture seems to relate to your old esta's as payment received looks like it was February? I couldn't see all of it as it wasn't very clear. Hope you get it sorted.

Thanks both for drawing my attention to date.
I am in such a flap I never noticed that it indeed refers to my last expired esta!
The reason I got this up is that my new applications Group ID number was not recognised so I clicked on "I do not know my ID number" entered the details and they sent me what I thought was a new one to use! Obviously they sent me my old expired one.
Maybe my new one is not live yet but very odd ?
Perhaps I will get an approved email soon 🤞.

They don’t send emails when they’re approved.

You need to log in with the new group ref. It usually accepts it straight away.

That's the problem ... the new Group ID that they sent me still is coming up with "No Group found"

Maybe their site is having problems and I will just have to be patient but it's all very frustrating !
Can't see anyway to contact anyone either and none of the Help Topics apply to my problem.
Trying to get these ESTAs has taken me over 3 hours now 😣

Give it a few hours and try again.

I did our 5 estas last night all approved within 20 mins and they actually emailed to say a change it status when they changed to approved which iv never had before 🤷

You can check each one separately without the group ID, just click don’t have ID and use passport number and name.

OP might not be your groupID. Did you put first and middle names in when you registered under the First Name. That one has caught me out before not being able to get back into my group...
