volcano bay cabanas booking

has anyone recently successfully booked a cabana for volcano bay for this summer? im having problems calling them as I only have limited mins to call internationally.

any other ways to book? also what's the cancellation policy if needed? just worry the day I book turn out to be a heavy rain day.

We have booked and also called them last week to again check prices. I have called about 2/3 in the afternoon and wait time has only been less than 10 mins.

Use zipcall for free international calls.

Cancellation is 72 hours for full refund.

do u mind me asking what was ur quote and when for? I have a budget in mind and hoping it falls into that budget

Of course... I was hoping for slightly cheaper but seems we are at the peak pricing range for the cabanas.

Single/upper/lower was at US$ 449 + tax
Family - US$ 899 + tax

This is for Monday 23rd May

I booked last week - if you search volcano bay cabanas on here someone kindly put a comment with a zip call you can use to avoid paying international call charges - that meant I could ring for free, I was through and sorted within ten mins anyway. Hope that helps 👍

Ps - I booked for beginning of sep and have an upper level cabana booked and paid £177.17! 👍

thats still within my budget.. did u make a request of areas? or can u request areas? I would prefer it to be upper.. not bother where.. anyways we can choose where we want? or is it allocation on the day?

You can choose whether you have a single (stand alone) upper or lower or family. Prices may differ but for my dates all except family where same price.

We want a stand a lone and especially in the kids area so requested a single.

Apparently you cannot request an area and these will be allocated on the day, so advice is to get there early.

We are staying in HRH so will request at concierge if we can and then get the park very early.

Edit to add I also think this is max pricing, so should always be in your budget hopefully!

snap.. we will also be staying in HRH too.. hopefully I can get all the information when I call. I know the single one only holds 6 ppl but if more than 6 is using it does it matter? I can't see all of us would be there together.. this is mostly for my mum to rest while we are in the park. but there are 10 of us altogether .. def don't want the family one.. too big and only 2 avail.

Got thru today n booked an upper cabana. It’s more that I budget for. $699.99 plus tax. I was aiming for $500. Including tax is $250 more than I expected. Is it really worth it? I really hope so!
