Following as I am considering by first solo trip in 2021... would be great to have DDP

Can I ask is it just direct with Disney that offer free Disney dining plan or can I book with BA & they will offer it too

All TAs should offer it - as long as you book a Disney hotel and ticket package with them for at least a 5 day stay.
