Possibly selling contract
I’m potentially going to sell my OKW contract, looking for advice from anyone who has sold there’s
Did it take a long time? Where the selling costs high? All my annual dues are paid to date, I’ve been in touch with the DVC store they have quoted 8.5% costs plus $150 fee to Disney. Selling at between $95-100 per point. I’m quite torn about selling as we have had amazing holidays & stayed in hotels we probably couldn’t have afforded otherwise, but higher dues, son now wanting the bigger coasters at Seaworld, universal, Busch & the ever increasing park tickets, it’s not really financially viable to keep it. Any advice appreciated

I think DVC Resale Market are 8%.
Remember they'll hold onto 20% I think it is now for tax. You can claim it back- some have done it themselves, some others get an expert. I read once there's a fella in London who has done it, but I think a good agent like DVC Resale Market will put you in touch with someone who'll do it for about $500 from what I've read. Price it right and it could sell quickly. Look on the other board ROFR thread to see what they are currently selling for.

We also had to pay £100 to a Notary for witnessing our signatures on the document. Well actually she did more than that but not involving us.
