I read the reviews, most of them look like they are neighbour disputes or are trying to make their displeasure to management known. It's still classed as a Campground, used by a lot of Snowbirds with RV's.

There are a lot of manufactured home communities and RV parks in and around the Disney area.

We heave stayed at Highlands Reserve 2 times and have booked again for next summer. It a really nice community in a good location. We have never heard any traffic noise or seen or heard anything from the trailer park. We love it there and it’s our preferred location for a villa.

We stayed at HR last year in a fantastic Dibb Villa. Had no issues with a nearby trailer park and didn't even know there was one. We are returning to HR next year as we loved it. There will be criminals and alcoholics living near me at home that I don't know of too so wouldn't worry me in the slightest if that was to be the case

Florida camp - if I hadn’t google earthed the Highlands Reserve area before I stayed there a month ago I wouldn’t have even known it was there! I think it might have a big wall in front of it, I never noticed it.

We needed a certain bed configuration, so we booked privately, it’s the only way to guarantee exactly what you need, too late now I know.

We were far down the end of Troon Circle, there was no noise whatsoever, you wouldnt have known there was a road anywhere near it. Quietest resort we have ever stayed on, so fingers crossed the bedrooms will suit, you’ll love it there so don’t worry.

I’ve stayed at a Dibb villa on HR and had no issues whatsoever, either on the community or the nearby Berry Town Center

Ive owned on Florida Pines (2 mins from HR) for 15 years and I’ve never heard of any trouble from the Florida Camp Inn.

Unfortunately virgin have told you the complete truth about having no idea which home you will be staying in until you arrive. They really will have absolutely no idea, they will be what the MC they use has available.
