The destination that calls at your heart ?

For me it is Portsmouth/ Southsea and areas around there. Had so many good breaks down there when hubby was still alive. Many happy memories with my family ❤️

Cornwall in the UK - it's become even closer to our hearts since dh's mum passed away earlier this year, his brother and sister & her family are still there and a visit there means so much to us.

Deerfield Beach - I just love that part of the Floridian coastline, always feel so relaxed and at home, it's like a wave of happiness comes over me when we're there.

And Gibraltar - We have family out there and husband visited lots when he was in the Royal Navy, we also got married there so love a visit out there to see everyone, the locals are so friendly & the kids are so at home there.

Orlando, and a ship, Celebrity Reflection, its just beautiful. 🥰

I also have a deep love for the Greek Islands.

Mine is Brecon, everything just feels right in the world when we are there. I really want to retire there (long way off).

South Africa. Went there for our silver wedding anniversary, spent three weeks travelling around and eventually ended up on Safari. That’s my happy place, I can visualise myself early morning having coffee watching lions, giraffes etc.

Disney is my second happy place.

We won’t ever visit South Africa again but you never know about Disney

If I won the mega lottery, I would stay forever at the Burj Al Arab and Al Maha Desert Resort & Spa in Dubai with my husband and pups and go to Italy every couple of summer months.

Dream on Trac its gonna take mega bucks. xxx

Plus I would be my old size 8, wearing 4 " heels (taking me well over 6 foot) and not having a bloody scar from my boobs to my nether regions.
Also my family, dogs included with me who are now in heaven.

There’s something about South Africa that draws us back - five times and counting. Such beautiful scenery, fantastic wines and superb food.

My special place is near Sligo in Ireland, I spent most summer’s there as a child as it was my mums home town, she died earlier this year so it’s even more important for me to go back, my ds and I are spending a night in Sligo before we go to my in-laws in Coleraine for Christmas
