After a large wrangle and debate at hs tonight they finally refunded us back to my card . Think he had been under a stone as he apparently hadn’t heard of any of the problems with the weather last night 🤥🤥🤥🤥 Disney guest services get worse .

We went on Friday too and I can’t believe what a washout it was! Three of our party went home early because they were so wet and miserable but my daughter was desperate to watch the parade so we waited until the later one (as far too many people to get anywhere near the first one) and I just couldn’t believe it when I heard the announcement that it wasn’t going ahead! We were so disappointed, especially as it was our last night!

We have just arrived back at Gatwick so unable to do anything in person. Do you think it is worth an email to guest services?

Yes i would email them. There were a few people asking for refunds the same time we were.

I'm not surprised that they're having to refund so many people, the live stream was full of comments about it being too smoky to see anything. I watched it from our room with the live stream playing the music.
