Disappointing... no Disney Dreams show on our cruise

So disappointed to get this email today regarding our cruise on the Magic...

”Between April 16, 2020, and May 22, 2020, Disney Dreams - An Enchanted Classic will not be performed as we refresh portions of the show and scenery. During this time, popular variety performers and first run movies will take the stage in the Walt Disney Theatre. Twice Charmed - An Original Twist on the Cinderella Story and Tangled: The Musical will also be performed during your cruise.”

I feel like this holiday is doomed... we were meant to go Easter this year, but had to cancel when my Dad died unexpectedly 4 days before.

Different itineraries for 2020 meant the kids have to miss 2 days of school for us to rebook our cancelled holiday.

Yesterday i got a text from BA to say our flight to Miami was cancelled (all sorted and good now, thankfully).

Then today we find out one of the three shows on the cruise is cancelled and replaced with variety performers and movies. Nothing we can do about it and I know it’s a first world problem but we’ve had a rotten year and waited so long for our first Disney cruise, I just wanted it to be perfect.

Oh Geordieprincess I can understand what you mean. I'm so sorry for the loss of your Dad.

Holiday schedules chop and change, try to roll with it. When you get there, you and your family will still have a fantastic time even if it wasn't exactly what you had planned. Sometimes changes just shake up your plans and give you a different but equally fun outcome. I'm sure you'll have a brilliant time.

Thank you. I know, I’m trying to put things in perspective, especially after the year we’ve had, I know something like this really isn’t important.
On the plus side, Tangled is still on.
