Disneyland proposed expansion
Not much detail but looks like a massive expansion being planned, with new park extensions and a Disney Springs like shopping area.

Looks like something that is going to happen over the next 10 - 20 years. Looks good on paper and with Anaheim currently in a lot of debt, Disney have taken this opportunity to take advantage of the situation and so they should.
