Getting Excited

Have got flights, accomodation and a car booked through TUI as I could make a free change to our scheduled summer holiday this year FOC.

Have been holding off buying Disney tickets until there was a bit more information regarding travel etc, but with having to book park days I think we will probably have to buy tickets asap.

Attraction tickets will give us a full refund for non activated tickets if we can't travel (registering them on MDE and booking park days is fine apparently).

Would be exciting to get tickets bought and start planning, but still a bit wary!

YES!

Booked for Oct 16th - Oct 30th staying at Grand Destiny Tower for the whole 2 weeks!

We booked the flights back in October 2020 with BA and got them for £500 return including a night at the Hilton Gatwick South. Got DC booked back in Black Friday for £60pp!

After hearing about the news that the US may go on the green list for travel I’m feeling so much more positive! If the plan is going and they’ll let me in I will go!

We've now got the following booked...

Villa in High Grove
7 seater car
Disney tickets
Premier Inn x2 rooms at MAN Airport
Cat sitter arranged
Some dollars arranged

Just waiting for Mondays announcement. If they say we can travel in May, I will switch my 25th May flights to Oct 26th. If they say we can't, I will save a little bit of money by switching the flights as Tui are offering an incentive to rebook with them (which I will!)
So, flights left to tweak and I'm starting to buy 'bits' like toiletries, socks, things for the plane.

6m isn't long ! 🤩

Hoping to do one night for Halloween Horror Nights. Never been before and I’m a real wimp when it comes to horror 😱 but going to be brave.
Wondering whether to book a night at Royal Pacific. Are Tesco still doing the hotels.com vouchers? Bit reluctant as I know they are non refundable. Is anyone else planning a one night universal hotel stay?
