Hi all. We have booked for August 2022 with Ocean Florida. At the time they told us that if there was an applicable offer like free dining they would be able to move us over to it. Does any one have any experience of this please? Did it work? Did they do it automatically or did you have to nudge them?

I might be wrong but I thought stuff like the free dining plan was exclusive to holidays booked direct with Disney?

I've been looking at booking for August 2022 and staying on-site to get access to the perks but I have read that all those things (60 day fast-pass - assuming it returns, extra magic hours - again assuming they return or are replaced with early openings) are only for holidays booked direct.

Would love someone to clarify!

No it is also applicable to bookings made through travel agents and companies like BA and Virgin Holidays. You would, of course, be subject to the terms and conditions of the company you booked through.

Hi.
We have been to Disney previously and had all of these perks and booked through a UK travel agent not direct with Disney.

They've never done things like that before, you've had to cancel and rebook losing your deposit. Have you got it in writing?
