No idea when next trip will be.

I found it so hard just after Florida. It was my first time off plan and I came back to the cold weather. All I wanted was stodgy stuff. I kept eating homemade rice pudding and baked oats to try and resist eating the wrong stuff. I've been off plan for christmas and back on 2 days but haven't found it hard like I did after Florida.
