Cream leather seats inside cars opinions ?
Dh likes a car with a cream leather interior. It does look absolutely beautiful, but is the upkeep a nightmare and does it look worn after a while?

It's jeans that are the problem! It really depends who uses it too and what grain of leather. Soft, smooth leather is the hardest to manage

Ahh thanks loads both... that was what I thought the answer might be. I'll tell dh,as it looks lovely but with the kids we could probably do without the hassle, especially as my little boy is always in the mud. I can imagine it now...

I have just got rid of my 20 month old BMW 320 saloon as I found it too hard to get in and out of!
That had oyster cream leather throughout and it does mark with jeans etc. However it cleans up in minutes with the correct cleaner. It is an issue but I have just bought a new BMW X3 and opted for oyster leather again so it can't be that bad!

I had cream in my last car and that was two adults, easily cleaned up, if any grubbiness. I have pale grey now, it's the same to clean up. We have no small kids though! We don't like black leather, paler looks so much nicer.

I was out for a walk the other day and saw a BMW with brown leather seats/dash etc. Looked awesome.
Like Olga I dont like black leather either. My 1962 P4 Rover 100 had green leather, that was awesome as it matched the 2 tone green paint.

We had cream seats in our BMW and it was the only car DD was travel sick in. Short journeys made her sick too. We put it down to the colour🤢

A friend had a car with cream leather seats and a Tesco carrier bag got stuck to one on a hot day, leaving nice blue stripes behind! They did clean off but a lot of elbow grease was required.
