We used to get ours done in the local chemist. They had a background they'd pull down and a special camera

I took our last ones at home and uploaded them to the Passport section on Photobox. It appeared to size them correctly, but when I sent the renewals off they were all returned saying they weren't close enough. £9 wasted.
Ended up going to local Coop and getting them all done again in a photo kiosk. |

We have just had our sons done at Timpsons, £7.99 if I remember correctly.

You can download an app and it converts the photo into passport photos and then we just went to boots and printed it off, cost about 40p. Prints out just like a passport booth but much cheaper.
