National Express for me, used them last year with no major issues.
Doing the Heathrow/Gatwick transfer again next month and planning to use National Express again! (With caveat that I used to take National Express a few times a year to/from Heathrow - most of the time they are fairly reliable, but there have been odd occasions where a breakdown or a jam has resulted in substantial delays...)

No that's correct, nothing to do with ba! I may have confused the issue as I booked flights with ba! Lol

I booked DD & friend onto the national express bus, they have a 5 hr layover.
My concern was that a pre-booked taxi would increase in price if it was waiting for them. Plus the bus service is easily found/identified unlike a taxi, ( they are both 21 yrs old & a little dippy) |

We are using National Express this year so good to hear majority of positive comments. Only cost £11 each for adults, less for kids so good price for 7 of us.
