Heather you need to put your foot down. He can have half a case - no negotiation. His half includes toiletries, suncream, chargers and anything else that is "shared"

Im giving him a limit of 12 tops which I think is more than enough as we can do a washing there and we will both more than likely buy new clothes over there as well. I only have 11 tops myself at the moment (though might take another 1-2 which have sleeves just in case).

We take 6 cases for 4 of us (big ones too). I'd guess two and a half are mine 🤣

I am letting the women in this thread down. We take two big cases but they aren't full by any means. Last year going out they were both under 10kg each (of the 23kg we each had allowance). Neither of us take much.

my packing this year is:
7 pairs of shorts
11 tops
undies
pjs
swimming costume
flip flops

We spend all day every day at a park mainly so don't really dress up although DH is talking about having a nice meal some night this visit hence his want for a polo shirt or shirt to go with a nicer pair of shorts.

Heather I take more for a weekend! If we are going for 2 weeks I have at least 10 pairs of shoes - a mix of day, night and dual-purpose
I have an outfit for each day and one for each night with a couple of emergency outfits in case of spillages. Don't even ask about toiletries and make up

If you took flat shoes you would get even more pairs in your case

That ain't happening bb. My problem is both kids are now 5'10"/5'11" and still growing. Mr S is 6'3" so I look like a munchkin at the best of times
