Such a faff when things like that are going on, totally understand what you mean though. After being on SW whenever I go a bit off plan my body just doesn't like it as much now. Which is a good thing I guess!

Hi ladies 2.5lbs off for me this week which I'm really pleased with. I'm now back to where I was a few weeks ago (prior to putting 4lbs back on and taking ages to lose them again ) so next weigh in should hopefully see me at my lowest weight so far!

Need to be careful next week as we are both off for a few days and going to Glasgow overnight on Sunday so there will be some eating out etc but I will just make the best choices I can and see what happens!
