If we have booked our Disney hotel, DDP and tickets through Disney and want to use the Disney Magical Express, do we have to phone/email to reserve our spot or is it automatically reserved through our booking?

Officially you have to tell them, but they would not refuse you if you just rocked up from your flight.

Ring Disney UK when you have your flight number and they will add it onto your booking.
