What bag do you use for plane hand luggage?

Flying VA but I need to carry a LOT this time (four kids)

I need quite a big bag but anything designed as carry on seems to be bigger than VAs alllowance! What do you use?

TIA

I'll be using this Bag, this year. We have an overnight stay at Heathrow after checking our main bags in. But it's so big that I'm a bit worried about walloping someone in the immigration queue!

I've got this - bagsdirect/american-...FU617QodfygGLA - but my design is Minnie on her own. I also have this backback in lieu of a handbag - journeys/product/372273.

I tend to pack my cabin bag in my suitcase on the way out, as I don't need it, I use it when I can't get everything in my luggage, but with 4 children you probably need all the space you can get

I have this Tripp holdall bag (in a slightly different pattern) from Debenhams. Bargain £15, within size for Virgin and fits loads in

I have an Antler Camden cabin case which is a decent size .
On the website you can filter bags by each airline

everyone has a Quechua Arpenaz 10 L Day Hiking Backpack

they are small enough for even the youngest to carry ( if they can walk ) and they can put what they like in them, sure the adult might end up carrying them all,

That's a really good idea! I don't need much on the way out so a small handbag would be fine, but we might need all the space in my Kipling carry on for the way home! 👍
