Disney Tickets

Hi
My parents have some non expiry days left on there magic bands ,however they are unable to travel to Florida again due to health issues

Is there anything they can do with the tickets?

Would they be allowed to transfer due to there circumstances

Unfortunately, under Disney's terms and conditions, tickets are non-transferable. As soon as someone starts to use them then they are "locked" to that person and only they can use them. As per the rules, they can't be used by someone else.

However, if they contact Disney and explain their circumstances it's possible that Disney might be able to do something. But only Disney will be able to advise. Sorry.
