Have purchased annual passes this year just got code via email and linked it to our MDE. Have now received message below do I need to chase up for these as only received an email with details?

You can pick physical passes up from the Visitors Center at Disney Springs.

And search for Mickey Monitor which explains all your extras for the current season

I think you might need to chase the email. You have to activate your ticket at a ticket booth within the parks before using (or at least I did when I last purchased from scratch an annual pass) and we handed over an email. That being said they might be able to find your info via email as well or if you have a magic band associated with your MDE account already.

Also just to let you know once you have your card, you can pick up your magic band you get free with your annual pass at Liberty Square in Magic Kingdom (they have standard colour ones) as they don't ship to the UK. You can also get the slider here for the band. I was also successful getting the information booklet and the magnet at EPCOT by explaining I'm from the UK so don't get anything shipped to me but this may have been down to luck as have also read reports that people haven't been able to.
